Sorry for the lack of posted material this week, but staying up till 3 am screwing lifting platforms into concrete and painting the inside of the box before Opening Day really took precedence over webposts! The box is open now and IT IS GO TIME! 

Warm Up: – AMRAC 10 min

8 Strict pullups 

8 deck plank burpees

8 T2B

8 alternating leg pistols

Skill/Strength: Front squats:  In 15 min, complete  4-4-4-4 

WOD: – 5 round for time:

25 wallballs

20 HR pushups

15 box jumps

10 K2E
