15 DL ( 95/45 – weight stays the same all the way through)

10 Hang cleans

5 Push Press 

Skill/Strength: – 10 min to a 2 RM thruster

WOD: – Complete 4 sets (each set is 90 sec)

TNG Power clean x 4 (Start @ today’s best thruster double, add as able)

KBS x 12 tough

10m shuttle run in remaining time

Rest 3 minutes
