Warm-Up: – AMRAC 6 min

10 wall balls

10 ball toss sit-ups

10 box jumps (focus on landing in the bottom of the squat, then full extension)

Skill/Strength: – Partner up, grab a tape measure, and get started…..

8 standing long jumps – post top 3 jumps 

WOD: –  “Annie”

50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds of:

Double-unders (sub 2X single unders)
