WOD # 1: – 10 Min Time Cap

Each partner must log

a 1RM snatch 

Rest 5 min

WOD # 2: – 4 Min Time Cap

125 box jumps, then;

max pullups until time expires

Rest 5 min

WOD # 3: – For Time: 2 mile relay run
