SP, PP, Push Jerk L/R

BS, FS

Then partner up; complete the following:

10 barbell DL @ 95/75

10 cleans @ 95/75

10 squats @ 95/75

Strength: – Push Jerk 5-4-3-2-1

Start @ 70% (sc: 45-65%)

Increase each set by 15% of last completed set

Once complete, start over + 10lbs

Repeat until failure or 20 min cap

WOD: – Games Team WOD # 10

“Squat burpee”

3 rounds for time of:

30 squats with a barbell shouldered @ 165/125

30 OT-bar burpees each
