5 burpee broad jumps

5 box jumps (increase height)

Strength: – 5 min load & lift into OHS 10RM

With bar loaded to 10RM perform;

2 x 8 – Rest 2 minutes between

2 x 6 – Rest 1 minute between

2 x 4 – Rest 30 sec between
