                          2. 100ft sled pull @ 90/45

                          3. 30 sec weighted plank @ 45/25

                          4. 30 sec DU / SU

WOD: –     A.  Shoulder Press 5 X 5(build as you go)

                        B.  With final SP weight, complete 75

                           front squats in as FEW sets as possible.
