* box
WOD : – A. In 2 minutes complete:
50m sled push @ 45/empty
8 clean & jerk @ 135/95 (sc: 95/65)
Max rep DU/SU
Rest as much as needed then complete
B. “Death by Pullups”
1 pullup on the first minute
2 pullups on the second minute
Continue until failure.
Sets do not have to be unbroken.
